Want to see Metallica live? Here’s your chance!


… Well, if you’re willing to travel a little, that is.

Metal giants (literally, you do NOT get bigger than Metallica!) have announced a bunch of worldwide tour dates in support of their upcoming album, Hardwired… to Self-Destruct.

The album is set for release on the band’s own record label- the suitably metal Blackened Recordings- on 18th November. In light of the album, Metallica have announced a decent run of international tour dates, which you can check out below.


26th – Coliseo De Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico
29th – Parque Bicentenario, Quito, Ecuador


1st – Hipodromo De Los Andes, Bogota, Colombia

3rd – Estadio Cementos Progreso, Guatamala City, Guatemala

5th – Estadio Nacional, San Jose, Costa Rica


11th – Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul, South Korea


3rd – Royal Arena, Copenhagen, Denmark

5th – Royal Arena, Copenhagen, Denmark

7th – Royal Arena, Copenhagen, Denmark

9th – Royal Arena, Copenhagen, Denmark

March + April

25th – 26th – Lollapalooza, Sao Paulo, Brazil

Mar 31st – Apr 1st – Lollapalooza, Buenos Aires, Argentina

April 1st — 2nd – Lolloapalooza, Santiago Chile

As you can see, there are unfortunately no UK tour dates listed just yet. But we’re definitely keeping our fingers crossed! How far is Costa Rica anyway?
